Introduction

The beauty of life lies in the quality with which it is spent; the more organized one's life is the better quality one can cherish out of it. Though, life is a constant phase of struggle, it still has many facets of blessings and success. Life is all about identifying ourselves (Pilgrim, 2006).

Some people have communication problems; others may not be good at studies, whereas many lack confidence. Like everyone else, I also came across several issues in my life. The major challenges that I faced were decision making and time management issues. I always found myself in jeopardy while making decision and this ultimately affected my leadership skills. I was able to identify this problem when in my class I held the position of a class representative. Then, I realized that it was very difficult for me to manage class along with my studies.

Leadership qualities such as taking right decisions and managing time, people and work became a hassle for me. When I was required to focus on organizing people, I was unsuccessful to focus on my work. When I focused on my work and people together, I took more time than required. This problem was not limited to school, but at home too, I was unable to make the right decisions. For instance, I did not feel confident in deciding whether my decision would affect others or not. Delayed decision and lack of confidence wasted my time. I do not assume, but think about all possible choices before making a fair decision. In the end I always came to know that I have taken a longer time to respond.
