Introduction

Human Resource administration (HRM) is a planned approach to managing persons competently for performance. It aims to set up a more open, flexible and caring administration style so that staff will be motivated, developed and managed in a way that they can give of their best to support school missions (Legge, 1995). As a result, Job analyst, specification and selection of people become an imperative part in the hiring cycle. Furthermore, these are now become a vital stage of school development and enhancement (Golden, 1985).

Attracting the right person

From a principal stand point, hiring is not just about finding a candidate to ill in the job vacancies, but also about how to help school to find the best person to join. As a result, this is a process to boost team effectiveness & hence become more creative and directs higher profitability. In fact, it is very costly to have the wrong person in the job and to have to replace them (Baker, 1999)
