ABSTRACT

Lee County belongs to the US state of Florida. It was named after Robert E Lee who was the commanding general of confederate army. The research aimed to provide realistic information. The secondary data were collected from various sources which are academic journals, e-books, newspaper, magazines and trade publications, periodic reports of companies, blogs and government publications. Because economic factors have substantial effects on supply of recyclables use of government intervention to help develop free market mechanisms would lead to more efficient coordination of supply and demand.
