Maslow convinced that only a small proportion of men stood at the threshold of self-fulfillment.

That's the main reason for which I would love to be a club manager or work at home office. An intimate association with others in a spirit of love, service and cooperation, is essential to the process of spiritual growth.

Introduction

I am Tyinsha Malone; the aim of my paper is to discuss the psychology of adulthood: a reflective paper. This study focuses on the complete life span of an individual and the main aims and goals that a person planned for the life. I just want to graduate with a BA degree and get my masters degree. I am a working woman and manage my studies along with my work and home. I am working as a coordinator in the marketing department at Sam's club, and my responsibility is to manage the event efficiently.

Adolescence is the time between childhood and adulthood. It derives from the Latin word adolescent 'which means to grow to maturity, covers, in regard to Western society, the age ranging from 12 to 13 years to 21 years. Their initiation preceded by the `pubescence, a stage of rapid development during which physiological maturation begins reproductive and sexual organs are primary and secondary sex characteristics. The pubescence takes about 2 years and ends with puberty. The end of adolescence is not easy to determine, composed of a combination of physical, intellectual, sociological, legal and psychological.

I think, physical factors typically identified with the full sexual development. The cognitive maturity reached when the person master's conceptual thinking or what Piaget calls formal operations. From the sociological point of view had been reached adulthood when a person married and started a family or sustain itself. The legal adult age reached when you get the right to vote, you can marry without parental consent or when you have the authority to sign legal contracts (Kindlon 2001).

Discussion

What I think there is no uniformity in indicating the onset of adolescence, its duration, or subdivision thereof. This disparity increases among authors when it comes to point to a dual approach to adolescence: biological evolution ...
