Introduction

This paper intends to explore the main changes to the Canadian Refugee System under Bill C-31. Moreover, my viewpoint regarding the significance of these changes will also be provided in the paper. The purpose of this paper is to make the reader aware about the implementation of this new law making Canada enable to better meet its international obligations with respect to refugees.
