Introduction

The West Balkans, after the serious internecine confrontations in the last ten years of the last 100 years, after the end of Cold War extend to proceed ahead for steadiness and peace. Nevetheless, numerous matters which originated from those confrontations still stay anxious, and compelled migration and interior displacement is still an topic and a origin for volatility in the region.

Armed confrontations asserted in the most perceptive localities of previous Yugoslavia- in Kninska Krajna of Croatia, which were mostly populated by Serbs. They recalled atrocities pledged by the Nazi sustained Ustashe in 1941, throughout WWII, and were aghast that they could be repeated. They equipped themselves and with the support of Yugoslav People's Army, formed a distinct “state in a state” the Republic of Serbian Krajina in Croatia. After the self-reliance of Croatia 1991, there were furious battling between freshly formed Croatian Army and Serbian forces and Yugoslav People's Army and by September, 1995, Serbian rebellion were trampled and ethnic cleansing was conveyed out of the territories which were under the rebels control. As the reresult, there were avbout 6000 casualities and a large number of Serb refugees from Kninska Krajna of Croatia.  

Armed confrontations in Slovenia continued only eight days. There were somewhat couple of Serbs dwelling in Slovenia and Milosevic was prepared to let it stop effortlessly, and Slovenia aquired independence.

Armed confrontations in Bosnia Herzegovina were exceedingly complicated. In a somewhat little locality, three countries and three beliefs clashed, Authodox Serbs, Catholic Croatians and Muslim Bosniaks, and  with the digressive or direct engagement of the forces of the neighboring nations and worldwide forces. But reconciliation has been tough up to the present day.
