The Underlying Assumptions of Regulation in Public Service Organisations

Regulation of all public relations is based on the assumption that the participants of this relationship is shared and must abide by some basic principles underlying them. The set of principles and rules ordering human behaviour in various fields has traditionally been seen as a form of regulation or regulators of social relations. In the literature there are the following forms of regulation: law, morality, and tradition, religious and corporate standards.
