Difficulty = dispatcher assigned evaluation of job difficulty where 1=easy, 2=standard, 3=hard

Satisfaction = response by customer when asked “Overall, how satisfied were you with the repair job?” Very dissatisfied = 1, Dissatisfied = 2, Satisfied = 3, Very Satisfied = 4, No response = 9

Years = number of years the mechanic has been with All Repairs

We use SPSS 16 to analyze the given data set.
