Introduction

The focus and objective of this paper shall be to understand tactics, tools and objective in order to achieve complete competitive advantage over other companies existing in the industry. Our focus shall remain on the efforts made externally on the organizational front.

A little insight of the company

To begin with, the vision of the company has been largely unidentified and misunderstood by the employees—from root to tip. The company's structure continues to struggle largely because of its poor retribution patterns and vague system procedures that lead to chaotic submission and waste of quality personnel. In addition, financial structuring is largely affected due to audit ignorance, paving the entity to pay huge sums as charge, thereby affecting the company's performance.

Loopholes

To define, the company's a clinic, a medical facility, provided services to its current and potential customers in a locality where there's cut-throat competition to witness. Although many systems were set, policies, rules and procedures were set, their implementation was disturbing; needless to say the clinic was busy, however the financial position was diversely affected.

Restructuring Resolution

To begin with, the first thing that should be undertaken is the complete, correct, concise, cohesive, and clear representation and understanding of the company's vision, starting from the CEO of the company to the support staff that helps and facilitates the entire organization. Several attempts have been undertaken been by each firm within and outside the organization. Each and every stakeholder, whose actions, directly or indirectly affect the organization, are responsible to inculcate and absorb all that the company's vision states. Following parameters could be met: first, it is possible to provide a more consistent definition of competition in health care in relation to patient satisfaction; second, it is important to identify and understand the mechanism of competition in the health care industry if premium services and products are to be offered to patients; third, it is possible to apply theories, concepts, and principles from other disciplines to gain insight concerning competition in health care; and finally, there is a need for greater comprehension in describing the impact of increased competition via the use of a more precise definition as well as the knowledge from other disciplines.
