Existentially speaking, the crisis is part of being alive. To those who are unfamiliar with the crisis will be missed by the extensionality of life. Disease as the man himself and his close relative, the death of a loved one or the disappointment of that failed to achieve in life more - eventually even the most successful people are faced with such things. Sooner or later, disasters are felt, and the ability to cope with them is an important task in life.

Existential theorists regard the crisis as an opening of opportunities, a person lead to the road to opportunity through the pain, the positive is achieved through the negative by applying crises theory in his or her life like Easter cope her life. (David, 1997)

Crises theory explains that, from an existential point of view, both in family life and in the workplace person have to face crisis. If an individual s able to overcome, no more space left for further disaster. Crises theory explains that crises should not be ignored or treated to some special spheres of life. They are associated with us and we have to deal with that like Easter.

From the starting of the first page, Glorious written by Bernice McFadden, had startled me and hooked me to the book till the end. Even then, the book was so good that I didn't want to get done with it so soon. Glorious is superbly written containing magnificent combination of the past and the present, the fiction and the truth. The life of Easter Bartlett starts out quite hard in the Waycross in Georgia. In the year 1910, she finds her father powerless, her mother dying of a broken heart gauge. (David, 1997)

The life of Easter Bartlett's begins in a very hard manner in the city of Waycross, Georgia. In the year 1910, she has to bear the loss of seeing her sister being raped, her father had to face the punishment of emasculated, and because of all that her mother dies because of all these sorrows. From that day onwards, Easter decides to do what she can do best; she leaves her old life and decides to move on.
