1. INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS

1.1 Pre-Bid Meeting

The pre meeting bid will be held on 10 February to answer the questions the bidders may have about the project. This meeting will take place in the central head office of the company, at 10am. There will be a question and answer session in the meeting; all the suppliers will be given a chance to ask their questions. This will be a formal question and answer session and all the things will be recorded in written format.

1.2 Owner Contact for Questions

Answers to any queries related to the contract will be given in the pre bid meeting. However, bidders can still ask their questions from Mr. ACD, who is the representative of the company in this contract and will be liable to answer all the contract related queries of the bidders. Mr. ACD can be contacted at xxx-xxx-xxx during the normal office hours. He will answer your questions on the meeting day or there is an emergency he can answer special questions before the meeting day.

1.3. Pre Award Surveys

Every bidder is required to give a detailed presentation of the whole management and technical process that the bidder company will use to carry out the complete environmental analysis. The presentation should include all the aspects of the analysis, the bidder should have technical experts so that they can answer all the technical questions related to the project, which will be asked by our experts. The date and time of the presentation will be decided according to the will of the company.

1.4. Sealed Bid Requirements

The bidders should make sure that they send the bid those bids should be sealed and should have all the required documents. The bidder should two copies of each document and the sealed bids should be posted to the postal address given. The company will outright reject any bid, which is not completely sealed, and that bidder will not be given any consideration for future. The bidder should also give a copy of their presentation and the details about it and the time at which they can present on their topic.

1.5. Basis for Bid Evaluation

The company will use specific criteria for evaluating all bids and the judgment criteria will be same for all the bidders. The things which we are looking for is technical ability and experience of the bidder to do such analysis, the availability of the workforce to carry out such a technical analysis.
