Introduction

The responsibility of social media to share in the renewal of culture should be linked to the spread of values, and that is why the role of social media: the Internet, print, television and radio as part of its contribution to the formation of society should be to renew the culture and educate and inform society well. There are many resources and groups that manipulate information because they realize the power that the media have to influence the consciousness of people, and that is why the media have a moral responsibility to disseminate information with a sense of ethics for profit training of children, youth and society, since the means are precisely those that influence the individual's consciousness, make up the mind and shaping the vision of things (Roam, 2010. 80). The books have transformed the lives of millions of people, a situation that leads to that in a modern world needs is people who are well trained through their studies and well informed of what's happening. A well-trained and well informed automatically becomes an individual opinion leader because it has better penetration of events to an audience increasingly perplexed at both events. Thanks to the media the world lives in an unprecedented interaction with world events, where the technological revolution plays a very important, so that given the wide range of messages broadcast by the media, it is necessary to discern what is the important and useful guidance as to enable them to serve for the good of the individual.

Literature Review

Many countries now say that the media are replacing political parties and institutions and that, therefore, are weakening democracy. The claim is debatable, but there is no doubt that the role of media and their relationship with the parties and institutions are changing. The weakening of political parties and increasing public distrust in many institutions of democracy have occurred in parallel with the growth relevance, coverage and influence of media communication. No one doubts the magnitude of the revolution the communications, particularly the pervasiveness of TV. However, there was as successful as their colleagues in UK, which shows that some occasions, the expectations of the power of media are exaggerated. However, no one can deny the significance of television in the election in 1994, and the application of sophisticated methods manipulation has been discussed in detail (Roam, 2010. 80 ).
