Purpose of the Research

In this thesis, I aim on the early Arab-Americans' know-how from 1870 to 1940. I affirm that they did trial to maintain their ethnic persona through dialect by applying Benedict Anderson's idea “imagined communities.”  

 

Aims & Objectives

The objective of this dissertation is to investigate the early Arab-Americans' know-how from 1870 to 1940 in United States. This will be sustained by the writings of diverse Arab authors and journalists.
