Introduction

The contemporary condition of our society, as well as, schools induces us to bring improvement in our way in which we educate our students. Especially, in the case of those talented students who can benefit the society in far better way, only if we benefit them with additional support and aid to meet their needs, so that they become academically successful. The concept that only school educates students is wrong. The school, family and community all together play a significant role in the student's learning and counseling process. Learning cannot only be associated with school, as it is a continual process, happening all the time through actions, communications; verbal, non-verbal. Creating a link between schools, communities and families might be helpful for counselors struggling for the student's improvement in education. However, the critical problem our schools and families are facing suggests that, it should specify and identify the role of student counselors in creating school-community-family linking program. In this case, schools are better positioned to identify and address obstacles in teaching and learning process. On the other hand, it can also encourage optimistic approach of development in education and community. In the same way, families can address more successfully to remove the barriers in the way of learning by communicating and working as a partner with schools and communities (Adelman & Taylor, 2002).

In most of the schools, including high income elite and low income urban areas, schools are the place for social sorting, ranking and competition instead a place of learning. The effort to create well-structured schools for all purpose of learning; however, there has been a high level of intolerance seen in schools having “zero tolerance” policies. These schools create interpersonal conflicts in students causing behavioral challenges. Hence, the learning institute itself makes learning complicated if not impossible. What a schools needs is a worldwide phenomenon now days. However, the focus of school should be on creating a sense of care community and feelings of care, involving multiple strategies in the learning process, providing help whenever required to indicate and explain behavioral challenges. The grave need of modern schooling system is collaboration, support, peer relationship, peacemakers. This can only be fulfilled

The basic purpose of this paper is to analyze the schooling system leadership, and the application based upon the practices and strategic programs involved in the struggle of students support programs.

Need for family -Schools-Community- Partnerships

The President has emphasized the need for high-quality education for kids of United States to achieve something great in today's world. According to the US Department of Education, previous government implemented the No Child Left Behind Act according to which all children, regardless of their ethnic or religious backgrounds will get education have equal opportunity to get a high-quality education (U.S. Department of Education, 2001).
