Serial Killer Donald P V Gaskins

Donald "Pee Wee" Gaskins was the most prolific successive killer in South Carolina history. One time his brutality was unleashed, he knew no boundaries, torturing, murdering, cannibalizing victims, both male and female. Walter Neely was next, tried on eight counts of murder, his attorneys calling him a brain retarded dupe who bowed to Pee Wee Gaskins's every whim. “In a way,” Gaskins subsequent composed, “I consider that was factual, too. Walter certainly weren't genuine bright, and he did pretty much anything I asked him, up until he got borned-again and forgot all about what loyalty and companionship meant (Rhyne, 154).”
