The Paraphilia's (Causal factors and treatments)

Paraphilia is the phenomenon in which an individual experiences sexual arousal primarily because of objects, individuals or specific situations that cannot be said to be a part of a predefined normative stimulation. Paraphilia can further be said to involve forms of sexual arousal and gratification that may involve, but are not limited to sexual behavior that can be deemed as extreme, or in other cases, atypical to say the least. It has frequently been seen that individuals who suffer from paraphilia find gratification from non-human objects, children, the suffering or humiliation of themselves or their lovers and partners and getting forcefully involved with individuals that do not offer their consent to the situation being exploited; forced situations.

Gender Identity Disorders

Gender identity disorder, commonly abbreviated to GID, is the specific diagnosis that is used by experts in the field of psychology and professionally trained physicians, in order to describe individuals who experience gender dysphoria. This can be translated to the uncomfortable nature one would display at the fact of being born the gender that they are. Symptoms can be similar and related to that of transsexualism, along with lesser severe manifestations dysphoria.

Child abuse is one of societies most horrendous crimes and unfortunately is quite common all over the world. It is said to be the particular situation in which an adult, or an individual entering adulthood, uses an innocent child for sexual pleasure and stimulation. Forms of child sexual abuse include the specific act of asking or forcing a child into acts of sexual satisfaction for the perverted individual. Other acts may include, but are not limited to, indecent exposure. This can also be done in an effort to intimidate or groom the child for future abuse. Other forms include the physical sexual contact with a child with the intent to create child pornography. There are dire affects for the child involved in the said cases. Depression, post traumatic stress, anxiety, physical injury and the possibility of other mental disorders also exists.
