Short story on "A Good Man is Hard to Find" by Flannery O'Connor

In "A Good Man is hard to find" a pain in the neck but good-hearted grandmother unwittingly leads his entire family in their violent deaths at the hands of the criminal known as a misfit. In the misfit states, "it would be a good woman if there were someone to shoot her every minute of his life" (1288). This statement indicates that he was aware that the type of individual she had personally only listen to lectures, and her beliefs, to save her life.

At the beginning of "A Good Man is hard to find" O'Connor describes the behavior of a few childish grandmother. One can hate misfit's character in the beginning. She wants her way, and trying all possible ways of manipulating her son to meet her wishes. I blame their selfish and lack of conscience when she blurts Out "You misfit, I recognized you immediately!" (O'Connor, 1955) If it is just keep your mouth shut her family would not be in danger, and they may escape death. It begins manipulating misfit, but in the end she seemed to understand him, and wants to find a good trail that evil man, and send it to the good. Nevertheless, it can not be guided by him for good. Like O'Connor, one can agree that a change in the gesture of Grandmother "does history work." Gesture grandmother at the end of her character. This is forgiveness, self-forgiveness and forgiveness to others. She sees him as a man, now, not only misfit. She takes the role as the Redeemer at the end of the story. She acts like Jesus, when it appeals to the misfit and murmurs "Why are you one of my children. You are one of my own children!" (O'Connor 1955)

I believe in the eyes of God, all his children, and because of the grandmother takes the role of mother, being mature, and vice versa from the beginning, and go beyond the misfit. She looks at him, because he does not have a good defense. She ultimately has the parental relationship with Him through the spirit of communication. Its coverage ...
