Introduction

The implementation of strategy can be defined as the sequence in which an organization should focus on the development, utilization and amalgamation of the structure of organization, its control system and strategies to follow. Strategies are normally implemented by the companies to obtain the competitive advantage over their competitors by improving the organizational operations. Special value is being allocated by the organizational structure on the development of roles and tasks for the employees and the situations for the enhancement of quality, customer satisfaction and the efficiency of the organization (Birnbaum, 2009). The development of the roles and tasks helps an organization to obtain competitive advantage over their competitors. However, merely organizational structure is not adequate to motivate employees and the control system of an organization is also required. The control system provides managers the authority to motivate employees while providing them feedback regarding their performance. Similarly, the culture of an organization also plays an important role in the implementation of the strategy. This refers to the attitudes, values, beliefs and norms share by employers and employees (MyStrategicPlan, n.d.). This study in this connection will focus on the process of strategy implementation for the selected organization. Following discussion will propose the process of strategy implementation in accordance with the major mission, vision and goals and stakeholder information discussed in the previous modules.
