Introduction

Nowadays societies are more work focused, where people keep concerns with their work and personal life. The children of this generation are now getting more vulnerable and families give no attention in building up of their characters. These social issues have resulted in crime, more wrong doings, vandalism, and threats in the community among the young generation. These lead to the acts for which children are culpable and there lies lack of traditional learning of the community along with the other building up factors of the children for adapting the wrong doing by doing nothing. This has become the mere culture in west. This study will be discussing about the social enterprise which will work for this cause of building up of these societal laps and bring a proposed strategy for the people in order to get themselves aware with the facts and solutions to these social in capabilities of covering up with these problems. The studies will give a clear idea about the company's mission and aims along with the idea and background of the new enterprise. The idea of this new enterprise has developed a plan to action strategy which can bring a positive healthy outcome in the developmental activities within the society. The idea of the new enterprise is the development of the youth and young youth by bring them involved into various works and activities which keep them stay away from the other vulnerable activities. The new enterprise is named as S.M.I.L.E which has a meaning hidden behind. The word SMILE is the combination of S -SOCIALISATION SKILLS, M-MOTIVATION, I-INITIATIVE, L -LEARNING, E -EDUCATION FOR LIFE. The term itself has elaborated the idea of the skills that need to get polished. Once the society will get awareness to these issues it will start leaving more positive impacts over the development of the children.

The vision of SMILE is constructing a healthy social environment of the society with applying effective methods in bring this change.

Mission

SMILE's mission is to be the enterprises which lead in contributing the change to the rehabilitation of the young youth by driving their attention towards the social building of the society and themselves. This approach is to be clearly defined to every individual of the society and for that SMILE has proposed the ways through which they will execute their idea.

Idea

The report will present all the impacts that lead to the destruction of the community well-being. It brings the idea to protect the children, youngsters , families and the communities with the problems they share themselves being unaware of the societal right attitudes of living and providing them the activities and guidelines that would enhance them in coping up with these difficulties. The idea here is to develop the alternate engaging activities and then introduce it to them within the community.
