Abstract

This paper focused on exploring the physiological mechanisms of fatigue due to fatigue. This paper also makes categorical processes for recovery. Fatigue is the "Feeling of tiredness or exhaustion that occurs after performing a physical exercise”. Soccer is a sport in which the physiological demands are multi-factorial and vary significantly during a match and another match. This intensity of exercise is associated with the use of large amounts of glycogen as an energy substrate as well as Phosphocreatine degradation and to a lesser degree of ATP accumulated (during periods of high intensity in a game). There are three types of fatigue in soccer i.e. Acute, Sub-acute and Chronicle. For athletes who train regularly, any fluid loss during a session may compromise performance. Massage vigorously performed well, with a mechanical effect (negative pressure in the veins that will spread more blood in the capillaries) increases blood flow through the muscle. It is suggested that active recovery also provides an increase in blood supply to muscle fatigue, and help in recovering.

Introduction

Fatigue is the "Feeling of tiredness or exhaustion that occurs after performing a physical exercise, "it would be one of the many definitions we can formulate and that from the standpoint of physical activity. In sports, the term "fatigue" is commonly used to explicate different and diverse states of the individual, for example, when a team plays a lot of games continued and enters a phase of negative results, or when an athlete does not maintain the pace of the race, we can also speak of fatigue of a person, group or team and even a certain part the body or localized muscle fatigue in a particular segment (Allen & Proske, 2006). Fatigue remains a very important phenomenon is soccer that is required to be make the performance of players efficient.

Causes and Types

The main causes are excessive physical work beyond the limits of tolerance: either by high volumes of it or by using too heavy loads, may also be due to deficiency in the breaks or failing to adequate rest periods, even nutrition, hydration and insufficient wrong, all this will lead to a series of states, deficiencies and physiological disorders as:

Decrease in energy reserves such as glycogen,

Resulting accumulation of metabolic substances such as lactic acid.

Enzymatic changes, electrolyte, hormonal, cellular, etc.

These physiological activities cause results what is known as physical fatigue. Fatigue process is also accompanied by reductions in other levels of mental fatigue due, among other causes, loss of concentration needed, the sensory fatigue decreases in visual perception, auditory or tactile and emotional fatigue in the absence or alteration of emotional stimuli needed to achieve optimal performance.
