Most of us go through different experiences of noticing people gazing in air or talking to their selves or even behaving strange to themselves while claiming that they heard or see something which you did not. These are only the perceptions of people that occur only in mind without any contact with the outer world and this phenomenon is called Hallucination. The hallucination is an alteration of the sense of sight and hearing, which is seeing or hearing things that are not as perceiving sound in a room completely silent. It can also feel a smell of cooking when no food is simmering on the stove or in the oven.

Hallucinations cannot be attributed to a mirage - a phenomenon based on the laws of physics. Such illusions, hallucinations are divided by the senses. Usually so-called common sense hallucinations, which often include visceral and muscular hallucinations, can be combined with sensory hallucinations (e.g., a patient sees a snake, heard her hiss and felt her cold touch). There are many kinds of hallucinations that are distinguished by their characteristics. When hallucinations are projected outward, connected with the real, the exigencies of the situation, they are happened to be true hallucinations. True hallucinations are sometimes perceived sick even more clearly and distinctly than really existing objects and phenomena. Then there are Pseudo-hallucinations which also include delusions of control, so patients and are convinced that the "vision" they "have done with the help of special devices," "voices suggest transistors in the head."

Many people suffer from auditory hallucinations that are often expressed in pathological patient perception of some words, speeches, conversations (phonemes) and the individual sounds or noises.
