Introduction

The sport is gaining a different light after check and discovering of new edges that are organized in the form of Athletic Training Planning and other sciences which are taxable to it. The developments of science and technology and specifically genetics are taking firm steps for processing in future years of the new developments in existing models of sports training planning. It is a reality the adoption of different models, which is far from those used by the pioneers of the theory of sports training, for the preparation of elite athletes. Although the induction process of young athletes sports, can be used efficiently, since most of the competitions for these categories are made in one or two core competencies in the year, there being a reasonable time between competitions, allowing this to develop a consistent periodization for both fundamental appointments (Phillips, 2005, pp. 5).

In this essay, we will be discussing the principles of training and coaching session for beginners. In addition, we will discuss that the significant factors that a coach must possess.

The Principles of Training

The theory and practice of training has its own principles based on biological, psychological and educational. The guidelines and rules that systematically address the overall process of training are known as Principles of Training. These principles relate to each other and ensure the correct application of the entire training process. The principles of sports training are built on the foundations of general pedagogical principles that determine any process of teaching and learning. However, because the specifications of the physical exercises (considerable physical and psychological burdens, need to increase the functional capabilities of the athlete's body, etc.) Pedagogical principles in the field of Physical Education acquired a distinct content (Hart, 2001, pp. 229). Principle of Training Process Modelling In Sports

In recent years, interest has grown by linking the training of athletes with special needs and the competition. This link streamlines the process of training through modelling. In general, a model is an imitation, a simulation of reality built on elements of the phenomena we observe and investigate. A model must be simple, so that eliminates variables of secondary importance and realistic, meaning that in some way is similar to and consistent with previously existing one. A model should include only those resources that are identical training to the nature of the competition to find these two requirements.
