The multiple regression coefficients for our data set is shown in the table below, it can be seen from the table that coefficient of constant has the highest magnitude i.e. 8663.804 which has a positive impact on the overall regression, while the coefficients of three predictors i.e. X1, X3 and X4 has a negative impact of the value of Y, which means that a unit increase in the value of these predictors can decrease the value of Y by their respective coefficients units.
