You Inc. plans to develop both the government and commercial fuel system upgrade and construction plan which will allow the company to develop the new division as a global competitor in the industry. The first objective will begin with a government project in the European community to open a very competitive region. The second objective will be to develop the commercial market that will allow the company to expand into the wider European market.

You Inc. strategic goals for this business adventure are to demonstrate willingness to provide their customers with nothing less than superb results. In addition, if You Inc. is highly successful in establishing a foothold in the European market, then the strategic goal to enter this market system will proved to be rewarding to the company and the shareholders. It will produce enough new revenue that could run well into the 21st Century (Lau, 2005). The venture will open doors to build government and commercial markets.
