Why is this question important? What type of information are you hoping to elicit from the candidate?

This question is important in order to gauge the ability of the individual to seek the limits of the human resource department. Plus it will help the interviewer to gauge the communication skills of the individual. Moreover, this will allow the interview to develop some sort of confidence in him or herself.

2) Interview Question:

Should Human Resource Department be Inculcated into Strategic Planning?

Why is this question important? What type of information are you hoping to elicit from the candidate?

This question will allow the interviewer to frame his or her mind regarding the fact that whether the individual is capable to serve and meet the basic requirements of the job. Hence this will also allow the interviewee to prove his or her stance regarding the role of such mechanism in elevating the performance of the individual.
