In this current era, mostly people are facing a tough competition, that's why everyone is suffering from stress and frustration due to hassles, work load, deadlines and pressure. Stress is nowadays so common in many people that it has turn out to be a part of life. It is a general view that people always consider stress in a negative way but stress is not always bad. It can be a source of motivation and inspiration as it pressurizes and leads to achieve the targets. Stress is supposed to be the body's reaction that is very favorable as it helps to manage our work and responsibilities in a proper manner. It is an alert that aware with the outcomes both negative and positive. It keeps focused to the target and responsibility. It develops more strength and energy to perform work and thus increases the productivity of people. It helps to meet the challenges, sharpens attention and makes you to focus on your responsibilities rather than wasting your time on irrelevant issues. Ultimately one gets to know his strengths nod power because of strength. It is even a cause of protection and makes people work in a careful manner.

Stress remains helpful to certain limit, but after that limit it stars causing health disorders and illness. Continuous stress causes headaches, high blood pressure, frustration, heart problems, irritability, anxiety, exhaustion, fatigue and few of other illness and disorders and many other health damages.
