Abstract

This study seeks to understand the peoples, experience in the team is very busy, and in particular to understand the aspects of working conditions that promote their participation. As participants, Au own perspectives and opinions are of central importance for a rich understanding of the qualitative approach. Twenty-five participants from a large government agency, who worked actively interested in the team participated in five discussion in the focus group. During the discussion, we analyzed the following thematic analysis and thematic network of three interconnected layers was developed to explain the results.

This thematic network more attention is paid to people, AUS experience in bringing the environment and the feelings associated with these experiences, whereas the literature focuses more on describing the interaction and aspects of the environment that facilitates participation. The basis of the interaction model developed from this study is seven aspects of the workplace that encourage people, AUS participation: leadership, challenging and varied work, or access to knowledge, breadth and responsibility, social atmosphere, security, trust and support, and respect. Above this are the feelings of people connect with work in this environment: feeling at ease and relaxed with a sense of achievement and satisfaction, and evaluated or validated. The upper layer of the model a general sense of what works in the medium part is about: feeling good in one, AUS itself.
