Introduction

Educational gaming refers to the educational purpose out o which few are the games that can be designed explicitly with the instructional purpose, whereas others carry secondary or incidental values. Furthermore, Gaming can play an important role in the life of school going children as well as graduate level students. The survey and research that has been conducted at the national and government level show that the current schooling and teaching system has become out dated. It has become ineffective and must be changed as it is having adverse and negative effects on both the student and at an economic level (Arnold,2012). It is suggested that the outdated schooling system has been damaging for the overall economic situation of the country hindering in it process of development and growth. It is also affecting children's ability to learn and seek knowledge (Davidson,Goldberg,2009). Besides, it is imperative to know that not all the games are developed with similar aims in mind. Some of them are effective in the context of learning than other games.

Bill Gates' Vision about Gaming

According to Bill Gates gaming will play an important role in the classroom in the form of simulation exercises. He also suggest that the happiness that kids get from playing the games and complete one level to go to another level can be employed for educating them. He was of the view point that enthusiasm and willingness that kids show while playing the game and the motivation to go on to the next stage will prove be useful if utilized for educational reasons (Ferenstein, 2010).

Inculcating Gaming in classrooms

The video games have an important place in education the same way as video games play a significant role in our lives. It is one of the most effective learning tools that need to be aligned with other activities. For instance, at home, a person can be strict about ensuring that the children engage into healthy outdoor activities in addition to watch television and play video games (Ferenstein, 2010).

Effectiveness of Gaming in education

Gaming definitely helps children at home. Gaming develops a competition among children and increases their interest so that they become more competitive and participate actively to win the game.
