Introduction

This paper focuses on the current issue faced by urban school setting and leadership style that is managing the school. Recently, urban school are facing the major problem of leadership issue due to reason that the there is no proper culture and norm are being followed by the school. This paper contains the results of investigation of qualitative information about the institutional processes that contribute to promoting leadership training that leads to a change sustainable quality of education in organizations school within their socio-cultural context.

Problem

This paper primarily discusses the local problem with respect to educational and school culture in an urban setting. The problem states that it is very much easy to discuss the leadership in school culture, but it is very much difficult to implement those practically. In schools, culture plays the vital role in an urban setting. Without proper culture, there is no proper connection between the staff and school. Due to lack of proper culture in schools and organization, leads in implementing new strategies and practices, without concerning about the long-run result (Creemers, 2008).

Rationale of the Study

The success and learning of any organization is completely based on the culture and norm which it follows. These norms are basically the core of any organization. The success of an organization is based on the norms and culture. The study will help in understanding the culture more clearly in order to help school administration in implementing the school culture so that they can revise their policies and practices more accurately.

Anticipated Result

The study will help in changing the teachers' perception regarding the norms. This study will also help in maintaining proper culture in urban schools; also help in understanding their role more accurately. Through the maintenance of proper culture and norm within the school help in building up the leadership characteristics and cultural factor that are crucial for creating successful school.

What is a Sustainable School?

The concept of sustainable school culture in an urban setting is used in an inflationary and a total of ambivalent assessed. It is therefore, important to clearly mean to refer to and to make distinctions.
