Talent Management

Answer 1

Talent management is present with reference to war for talent between organizations (headhunting), between countries (brain drain). The talent war is not new, but today is characterized by its magnitude and the context of "hyper competition" between organizations in which it unfolds. In today's world, organizations no longer have the ability to build and maintain competitive advantages stable, previously obtained by the technology or cost control. They seek a combination of factors to gain an advantage at some point over their competitors. Hyper competition is characterized by high uncertainty and instability.
