Especially in the current educational context, marked by the implementation of large-scale reforms, the provision of professional development programs, along with providing high quality in the teaching service has become immensely imperative. It is a well known fact that a teacher is an essential factor in guaranteeing an efficient educational quality for the students and there is an essential need to provide initial and continuing training to the teachers for allowing them to live up to the challenges posed by the future era.
