Introduction

With the advent and rapid growth of technology, we are doing everything we want. Each day brings new ideas and advancement. We can consider today's era, the era of revolutions. Technology is not only the mean of education, enjoying music, but it is also related with health care. We do not know the next five years can give certain impacts on our lives.

Various studies have shown that the IT solutions in the field of health care such as electronic health records (EHR) and electronic prescribing can also help the patients in their medication regiments. Research showed that electronic prescribing and electronic health records helped patients to update their medications on time with more care and lower costs.

Wii-Habilitation

According to the article published in critical care, video games systems which are interacting and entertaining such as Nintendo Wii and Wii fit used for enhancing the therapy for intensive care patients. The study showed that the interaction of the video games develop the early rehabilitation in patients admitted for a number of diseases as cardiovascular disease, respiratory failure, sepsis and other health disease. The main goal behind wii-habilitation is to provide stamina and balance helping the patients to take an interest in their therapy programs.

One of the senior author of the study Dale Needham described that when wii-habilitation prescribed by the physical therapists patients always enjoyed challenging video games and felt changes brought by this therapy.

Today, it is convenient to carry mobile phones in pockets. Smart phones, tablets and ipads give physicians easy way to keep in touch with their patients. It helps them to reach at their patients any time and any place. Jackson and Cocker found that most physicians are using mobile devices in their daily routine medical practices.
