Introduction

In this case, we would be analyzing how companies can evolve using technology management. Which will not only improve their internal process through developing synergy, their production process becomes more efficient, and make possible to utilize their resources at optimum level.

Then we would be analyzing technology management practices followed and implemented by Bosch -Siemens Hausgerate group (BSHG) which is one of the largest home appliance s manufacturer of home appliances.

This group started from a joint venture set up in 1967 between Robert Bosch GmbH and Siemens AG and declared annual sales of (13,000 million US Dollars)- in 2010. Today in Europe, BSH operates 41 factories in 13 countries, Asia, USA and Latin America. With customer service firms and global network of sales, the BSH's businesses, today comprised of about 70 companies in 46 countries, with total strength close to 43,000 people.

Its product collection covers a broad spectrum, which includes large home appliances for dishwashing, cooking, laundry (including washing and drying), freezing and refrigeration, as well as a huge number of small appliances, like fully automated espresso machines, hot water appliances and floor care (consumer items). One of BSH's focused areas of operation lies in built-in appliances.

On the other hand, we have Biotecnol LDA pharmaceutical who involved in providing their expertise in the field of biotechnology to those companies which have developed their marketing structure that would allow them to diversify their operations in the market. It aims to get immediate access to market through developing alliance with other partner firms. The advantage of that strategy was that this company can become the key player in the drug market without injecting significant investment.

Steering committee was formed who suggests top level management regarding development of environmental protection goals and its implementation alternatives.
