ABSTRACT

Vit D - also called the "sun-shine Vitamin" as the human body produces the Vit once it is exposed to the rays of the sun. A quarter of an hour of sunshine around three to four times per week is sufficient to generate the body's need of Vit D . Still, many persons living in sunny climates still do not make sufficient Vit- D & need more from their food intake or supplementation. There are various effects of the said vitamin on human body as evident by a number of studies. As a trans-criptional regulator of bone matrix proteins, itleads to the absorption of osteocalcin & suppresses synthesis of type I collagen(Ginde et al. 2009 ). In cell structures , Vit- D genreates differentiation of osteoclasts. Still, experiments on animals and homo sapiens Vit- D insufficiency or mutations in the Vit- D receptor lead to conclusions that the effects donot lead to of any important physiologic change , & that the critical effects of Vit- D on bone are to ensure proper proportion of of calcium(cacl2) & phosphorus in the body to support mineralization. The following presents strong arguments about the advantages of vit D in cases of diseases associates with the shortage of serum, 25(OH)D . there has been more research for diseases that are more common and serious in nature. Bone Vit - D has been proven effective in a variety of. As a trans-criptional regulator of bone matrix proteins induce the expression of osteocalcin and type I collagen synthesis inhibition .In cell culture, Vit - D that stimulates the differentiation of osteoclasts. Still, humans and animals, Vit - D, or the lack of variation Vit - D receptors in the study of these effects, the meaning of the main physiologic does not ahmadodoe & Bone Vit - D major effect was to provide a proper balance to We recommend cacl2 and phosphorus to support mineralization.
