Introduction

The coming anarchy is written by the Robert K. Kaplan. In February 1994, he published in the Atlantic Monthly an essay entitled the controversial Coming Anarchy ("Anarchy happens"). It states that the increase in population, urbanization and depletion of natural resources undermine the governments of Third World , making the nest of anarchy that might create a permanent state of war in some areas and a representative threat to the world. He writes:

"The West Africa has become the symbol of the demographic crisis, environmental and social crisis in which it is criminal anarchy emerges as the real strategic danger" In 2000 , Kaplan published a collection, also under the title The Coming Anarchy, containing the story of 1994 and other political essays, including the controversial Was Democracy Just a Moment? Where he says that democracy is a concept typically Western, which is exportable in developed countries with a large middle class, a good educational system, established boundaries, a stable economy and relative peace. He also ensures that Third World countries must establish moderate and enlightened autocracies, where a minimum of individual liberties would still be guaranteed, allowing them to grow and one day to catch up with Western countries and democratize "effectively".

Discussion

The coming anarchy is the introduction of the most significant problem of the future of international relations and society. In this essay it describes the issues of the future of the countries. Kaplan joins the strong travel author with the knowledge of the foreign policy maker in order to deliver an implacable verification of uncomfortable or painful truths. Many of us are thinking about it and generally accept but publically not accepted. The coming anarchy is troubling book in which Kaplan's visualization like future is very miserable.
