The Competencies Leaders Need To Manage Quality Preschool

Introduction

Quality is one of the highest goals that every educational institution wants to achieve. This takes many factors that contribute to and facilitate the path to reach it (quality). This essay is going to focus on the leadership competencies required by mangers to provide a very important aspect to make the quality of education go on the rise, and is addressed mainly to all those readers who are involved in education in preschool. I chose this theme to show how difficult it is to be at the forefront of an educational institution and the great responsibilities that has a manager as a leader.

First, quality in preschool must be understood as a process of continuous improvement, which rises every time you are going for more. Quality encompasses all forms through education which meets the needs and expectations of its customers, its staff, of the entities involved (customer education is considered the student and his family). This important aspect of which I spoke earlier is leadership by the directors of campus. A good leader is able to solve problems, to support their staff and make the institution is always recognized for the quality of education you have. We will discuss that a good leader must empower and engage its members, and the myth of the individual leader who brings out the troops, is no longer credible (Kenny, 2003). The fact that most of the way for quality depends on a good leader does not mean that only the leadership is the primary factor for promotion. All were ever involved in preschool and we know that to be recognized must work together and give our best effort and dedication.

After a creative rethinking of existing approaches, it was concluded on the need for quality management technologies in pre-school can be effectively achieved though priorities in management. Regulation of the administration of educational and educational process to improve the quality of education of preschool children in the facility is in three areas:
