Introduction

Chemotherapy is the most effective way of treating cancer because it helps to kill the cells very rapidly. Unfortunately, it does not differentiate between the infected cell and the normal, healthy cell. The normal cell grows back and became healthy in few days but, side effects are still there. Blood cells are the most commonly affected cell that are affected by the chemotherapy. Commonly, the blood cells of mouth, intestine and stomach affected more as compare to other cells. At the same time, hair follicles are also affected by it, and it causes low blood counts, mouth sores, nausea, diarrhea and hair loss. Different drugs may affect different parts of the body (Giaccone, Schilsky & Sondel 526). Olaparib and DTIC are the drugs that are use for the cure of cancer patients.
