I have grown with the realization of the fact that social work can be stressful and challenging, but many people like me are still motivated, entry or residence permit in this area. There are plenty of satisfaction for people who enjoy helping others and the ability to do so directly. I have always been very much satisfied with the performance of my work has benefited the community and my world felt. I think it is necessary to consider humanitarian values and how other people go around me to from my work that I have chosen to benefit my career. I have a thoughtful decision in choosing social work as my career and all the hard work I have in me a great feeling of satisfaction and fulfillment.

I think the social work profession promotes social change, problem solving in human relationships and the strengthening and liberation of people to enhance well-being. Based on theories of human behavior and social systems, social work attacks the points where people interact with their environment. Principles of human rights and social justice are fundamental to social work. While social workers to know the satisfaction they enjoy helping people improve their lives.

Social workers want to change lives, and if they have expanded relationships with their customers, they will be able to see these changes happen. Many other types of jobs offer people the chance to see any direct results of their work. They are employed in many different settings, including government agencies, hospitals, schools and private agencies.
