Introduction

Racism today is not limited to people of color, but to the immigrants, who if they have academic preparation to help them excel in society are inevitably victims of discrimination in jobs outside the law, under threat of being reported and deported. Racism in the United States dates back to their ancestors, and while there have been emblematic struggles, there is no longer something that is somewhat ingrained part of society. In the twentieth century the indigenous people, mainly children, were forced to abandon their cultures, languages and forced labor (Bonilla-Silva, 2003). There are many types of punishment, but the uprooting and replacing their cultural origins to be one of the most abhorrent attitudes toward a human.

They were stripped of their parents and sold as slaves. The theme of this research paper is regarding the racism act in United States when in the early hours of Saturday November 19, 2011, the retired Marine officer Kenneth Chamberlain was shot dead by police officers without any reasons. The whole scenario points towards the racism act by the police officers and an unethical behavior caused by them. Therefore this paper aims to focus on the unethical issues and cause of racism act by police officers, whose responsibility is to provide public with safety and not to harm them.
