Personal Mission Statement

I am a teacher and I am very passionate about supporting the education and growth of the students, in every aspect of their lives. I do not restrict myself in giving knowledge only regarding the topic I am teaching, but I also tend to educate the students on different matters and concerns of life. I deeply believe in empowerment and equality. To me the race, ability, gender or culture of the student does not matter and I tend to treat all of the students equally. I have the ability to ensure that I make all the students very practical and real, and give them the strength and power to share their opinions and ideas. I believe in maintaining an honest, humble, considerate, kind and forgiving relationship with all the coworkers, regardless of their grades and ranks.

I also make sure that I be at my best behavior and reflect good ethics and traits, as students spend half of their day at schools and have a high tendency of being influenced by their teachers. I certainly believe in keeping the words that I give to the students, as it tends to teach them the importance of keeping commitments and promises. I make sure all my actions, my behavior and my attitude reflects my values, passion, enthusiasm and most importantly me as a person. I believe in setting goals and aims in life, and always try to achieve them, even if it requires working overtime. Every student has different intellectual level and should be dealt accordingly. I believe in bringing all the students on the same level even if it requires late sitting and do not believe in giving up.
