In this paper, we will have an in depth discussion on the seamless journey. We will look forward to the ways in which seamless journey can be achieved at national and international level. We will also provide with the suggestions on how the journey could be improved by adopting the seamless journey. To go ahead with the topic, we will also provide the example of transportation policies in United Kingdom.

Seamless journey is a stress free journey in which the traveller does not get interruptions and disturbances. The travelling experience is sometimes stressful for the passengers as they have to go through a number of different processes throughout the journey. This makes the passenger disturbed sometimes. Therefore, some of the developed countries have now decided to make their transportation free of disturbance in terms of reducing their multiple processes to relieve the commuters. Seamless journey also aim to keep the commuters updated with information relevant to their journey. It will create an experience in which a traveller would enjoy having highly relevant information.

By adopting the practices of seamless journey, there would also be reduction in the usage of personal cars and people would be encouraged to use public transport.
