Introduction

The main purpose of this paper is to act as an advocate and discuss that what is the importance of play in the children's life? This paper discusses that play is an important part of children's development and gives two examples that utilize play as an instructional strategy.

Discussion

It is sometimes difficult for parents to understand why their children play. Games do not always have a clearly defined, as happens with the activities of adults. Playing is very important for children, and parents should take it seriously. Games help them develop the skills they will need as greater. This method is evidently internalized, in the consciousness of the child to learn responsibility and gain mastery of a wide of activities. Parents who limit games are at serious risk of hindering child development (Ainsworth, 2008).

Parents should not interfere too much in games in a group, or solo children, except to ensure their health and safety. However, playing with children is necessary to maintain family ties, improve communication, appreciate the importance of play parameters and provide the child how to play adults. It also helps them expand their range of games and becomes part of their creative activities.

The children toys play and keep each other close relationship, and socio-historical development of man has the same ontogeny; hence it is impossible to separate from each other. Initially, when the primitive horde remained the collection eventually found the men in their wandering nomad children to participate, since they could have a different place in the common task of survival. There are different benefits of play like it meets the basic physical needs, it is an excellent way to express and realize their life, and the imagination of the game facilitates positioning moral and maturation of ideas (Stephanie, 2010). It is also beneficial in this aspect that it is a channel of expression and discharge of feelings either positive or negative helping to balance it with emotional. It has the benefits with games of imitation being tested and exercising adult life. It also helps in increasing the socialization as when playing with other boys and girls are socialized and their future social skill increases.
