1-Who is the author? How well known are they in the field? What is the author's research orientation and/ or theoretical framework?

The article “Does TQM influence employees' job satisfaction? An empirical case analysis” is written by Keng et al., (2007). Ther are four authors of this article. Keng Boon Ooi is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Management, Multimedia University (MMU), Malaysia. He got his Engineering Doctorate degree in Engineering Business Management from the Business and Advanced Technology Centre of the University of Technology Malaysia during the year 2006. He is actually registered for the second PhD (Applied Statistics) in University of Malaya, Malaysia. His study encompasses localities in total value administration, human asset administration, worker mind-set, and information management. Within the span of four years, while he was employed on his Doctoral investigations, he had effectively released some study papers in renowned refereed worldwide periodicals and worldwide seminar proceedings.

Nooh Abu Bakar is the Engineering Doctorate Program Director of Business and Advanced Technology Centre (BATC), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). He has huge know-how in learned management. He obtained his PhD in Manufacturing Engineering from Loughborough University of Technology, UK in 1990.

V. Arumugam (PhD. IIT, Chennai, India) is a Visiting Associate Professor at the School of Management of the University Science Malaysia (USM). During the last 25 years, he has been engaged in educating and study in the localities of value administration, study methodology, directed statistical procedures, Operations scheme for commerce, procedures administration and total creative maintenance(Paul 2004: 98).

Lorraine Vellapan (BIT, USQ, Australia) is a Software Engineer in a famous Semiconductor Subcontracting firm. She has been employed in this area for nearly four years and has seen the advancement and consequences of TQM implementation inside this firm.

Alex Kim Yin Loke (ACMA, UK) is an aide constituent of the Chartered Management Accountant. He is actually the older part supervisor of the Finance Department in a large semiconductor sub-assembly and check firm. For the last 10 years, he skilled and took part in the implementation of TQM inside the firm he is actually employed with.
