    The United States' court system is made up of courts at government and state levels. The largest court being the Supreme Court and the smallest being localized fairness courts. In the United States there are three distinct kinds of courts at the government grade and seven in the state of Mississippi. At the government grade the courts variety from U.S. District Court, U.S. Courts of Appeal, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
