Introduction

According to U.S. Supremacy Clause of the constitution, the federal laws are preferred over state laws when regulates the same activity. Throughout the past years the tension between federal and state government has been rising due to different conflicts such as healthcare, education, housing, and others. Federalism is the basic debate between both the government stages of United States; the power distribution between both the governments. One of the major disputes today is about the healthcare policy by the president “ObamaCare”.
