Abstract

In this study we try to explore the concept of “Universal Healthcare” in a holistic context. The main focus of the research is on “Universal Healthcare” in the articles “The Health care crisis and what to do about it” and “Healthcare Special Issue”. The article “Healthcare crisis and what to do about it” has been written by Paul Krugman. The comparison has been done between these two articles while analyzing different issues that are being discussed in these articles on the healthcare in United States of America. The articles also address the issues regarding over-spending on health care system.

Introduction

The document basically gives the outline of universal healthcare in the United States. The article “Healthcare crisis and what to do about it” is all about the health care system and its strength and weakness has been discussed. The other article Healthcare Special Issue: Creative Destruction is about the treatment of Parkinson's disease taken by the journalist and former editor of the same magazine.



Discussion
