Introduction

IT revolution and the Internet have made it possible to change the way organisations and individuals involved change. But sometimes means or instruments to be confused with the objectives. Internet and all the tools, information technology is not an end in itself. Organisations are capable on the way to centrally handle big organisations, achieving economic systems in fabricating, advertising, allocation, and administration. In this situation it was logical and desirable to control lots of functions and operations directly. Companies centralize most of the operations carried out as many tasks as possible and hired large numbers of people to perform them. Being big is good. (Goldman, 2005, 67)

The Virtual Enterprise is a new concept has been applied when a company has outsourced part of its value creation process, trusting certain functions and activities to other companies with which they worked to complete the value chain above.
