Discussion

Several researches in the past have illustrated that the rate of Vitamin D deficiency is comparatively quite alarming in Saudi Arabia than any other part of the world. Studies have shown that almost 80% of the Saudia women are suffering from the deficiency of Vitamin D. It is because of the fact that Saudi women usually spend their whole time in their homes which are normally indoors or when they come out from their homes, they use to cover their head-toe with black garments. It is quite serious because people who suffer from such vitamin may fall behind and face many difficulties. When a Saudi woman needs to go out they usually go with their head covered. It should be noted that the deficiency of Vitamin D is covered during the sun light; because vitamin D is made up by us by others are not going anywhere (Laleye, 2011).
