Introduction

Vodafone is the world's largest mobile phone operator, it was founded in 1984, as a subsidiary company Racal Electronics Plc, which is the third largest firm in the UK, dealing with electronics, acquiring independence in 1991. Since then, the company bears the name of Vodafone Group Plc. The name itself comes from the phrase Voice Data Fone, this name reflects the voice and other data through cellular networks, which is the main objective of the company (Graham, 2004). The logo, selected in 1997, a scarlet-quote in a white circle, kindly invited to communicate, opening and closing the direct speech in the letters “O” names.

The company has always sought to remain at the peak of innovation in the world of mobile communications.
