Introduction

Management can be defined as the investment which involves the purpose to achieve the goals in terms of resources, value and best return. The main purpose of the management is related to the achievement of these goals in order to acquire the best resources.

Management is related to managing the people by accomplishing self management. Managing time is prioritized on the basis of management. Management is related to yourself and others also. It depends on how we mange ourselves and dealing with others n order to achieve a particular task. People are influenced to change the direction through different contrast on the basis of leadership. Senior executives held the position or the authority of changing the direction which is referred to as leadership. But this is related to the decisions therefore, it falls under a category of management apart from the leadership. The authorities have the charge to flow the decisions and leadership has the duty to assign and implement these decisions on the basis of their management skills. Followers are greatly influenced by the leadership. Executives making the decisions are categorized as to influence the managerial actions.

Management is the most influential process but one might hold reserves for the implication of management as being autocratic. Decisions can be made under autocratic system; however, such decisions could not decide the assigning for the peoples.

Management can be contrast on the basis of different theories related to management. All the theories present a contrast to view the management functionally. Management can be considered both as an organizational function, and management as a subject of academic research.

Organizing, planning, staffing, leading, and controlling relate to the management skills f an organization. It includes all the efforts that are related to the achievement of the goals. Organization is referred to as a system where as the management can also be defined as:

“It is a human action which includes the design to ease the construction of the useful results from the system.”

The basic tasks of management are often related to the marketing and innovation. It can be understood as a factor of production that might relate to a machine, material or money. Low efficiency and certain failures of enterprises are beginning of the management. Organizing, controlling, monitoring, planning, and resources of an organization are usually related to the factors achieved by management in order to acquire the desired goals or tasks. The power and responsibility of making decisions of management is related to the directors and mangers of an organization or a system.
